"Easy to work with from start to finish. Helped us chose the perfect flooring for our whole house. Install was very thorough and they took their time, not thrown together like most contractor grade companies. Highly recommend!"
"Hard to get in contact with, estimates came in higher then a few other places and customer service seemed a bit better elsewhere."
"Snovak Floor Coverings installed Shaw LVP flooring throughout the first floor in our home. Removed and replaced quarter round, appliances, toilet. They also placed threshold moldings where necessary and new quarter round in our kitchen. Everything was clean, and replaced as if it never had been removed. I think it actually looks better after the re-installation. The fellas on site did a fantastic job, they cleaned up every day, the attention to detail was fantastic and they are very friendly. Snovak has been in business for a very long time and now I know why. I highly recommend them for your residential flooring needs. Our floors look fabulous."

"In spite of many positive reviews, I wanted to share my experience with Snovak Floor Covering and have uploaded some photos. Graigh had been contracted to remove existing engineered wood in my townhome and replace it with new flooring due to issues with the existing floor lifting. I trusted him to take care of this issue without me being onsite. The site had been evaluated by two other companies and all had felt the best solution was to remove the existing floor and truly correct whatever cause may be beneath it. The original proposal had the first item to addressed by Snovak flooring as removing the existing floor. Snovak Floor Covering had completed a near identical floor plan years prior and was aware of possible issues so I had confidence they would be able to properly fix the problems. I was suspicious at first when the sent proposal was merely a photo text message of a carbon copy without itemized breakdown but trusted the recommendation. When timing was discussed to complete the job months in advance Graigh never mentioned any concerns. I clearly provided a tight timeline multiple times and asked if it would work. Weeks after confirming the time, I called to confirm and Graigh sounded incredulous that weekends were included and a holiday. He was dismissive, suggesting working on weekends is unheard of and stated he was being put in a rough spot by me to complete the task. This was after nearly 2 months to look at his business calendar and determine what his staffing schedule issues may be. I offered to cancel the project and postpone but this option was dismissed by him. At this point, I was somewhat uncomfortable with the seeming lack of attention to what had been discussed. Opinions aside, the existing flooring was never removed by the subcontractors. I arrived 4 days into the project to take a look and found new flooring laid down directly on the EXISTING floor. No one informed me of this new plan for over 72 hours of work and took a photo right as I was confused what could be going on. The owners communications by text prior to that point were only that the job would be done on time, no mention of anything else. When I asked Graigh how this could be and why he did not reach out his quick response was "I'm a busy man, I apologize". His rationale was due to limited time, in his opinion nailing the existing engineered wood to the potentially faulty sub floor was best for time and cost and repeatedly said "You are not listening". I am NOT an expert floorer and as much as this may be true, that option was never proposed by Graigh once to me prior to them starting it and only discussed when I discovered it in person. In terms of detail to work, on completion, the shoe molding that was put back in place had multiple defects where it was evident it was jarred off and the final job did not show attention to detail. The new flooring was covered in sawdust/debris along with the kitchen countertops and upstairs stairs. The site the wood was cut in the garage was full of sawdust as well. I took a video of the site and did a walk through right away. Cleanup required me to personally spend several hours vacuuming the main floor, garage space where the wood was cut, emptying the trash cans of wooden debris not cleared, food and cigarette butts, and mopping/cleaning counters throughout the home. To be clear, over 700 square feet of flooring requires time to clean properly. Again, Graigh suggested his contractors(because he was not on site) told him they cleaned things up and that he would vouch for them. It was suggested that the house was not clean prior, even if true sawdust on an installed floor is produced from a worksite. Regardless of any other factors, the reasons for this low review are the quoted work was not performed per the proposal, the worksite was not cleaned, and the business never once obtained consent or explained options PRIOR to starting. Things happen, but it is not reasonable to change gears without communication and later explaining things after the fact."
