"I gave them 2 stars because we bought some shrubs from them several years ago and their installers were great so it was great customer service ---back then . . Unfortunately out of 4 bushes, one started dying , so we were planning to replace it. Went there to get another one several weeks ago, the person we talked with talked us out of getting the one we were looking at , even tho it wasn't exactly the same type - but that was Ok with us . He said he'd 'check around ' for the same type bush that we purchased before , and call us. We assumed we'd hear back from him in a few days or a week ,, as of now, we've never heard from him , so we started searching on our own , and found what we wanted somewhere else ."

"I cannot say enough about Kushner's customer service. I purchased two evergreens from them and they came out and planted them the same day. I called the next day because I thought one was planted to close to the other and Vince called me back within 5 minutes and had someone at my house within the hour to fix the problem. Ryan sent me pictures to my cell phone for my approval and couldn't be more polite or considerate. I will be sure to use them in the future and to recommend them to all of my friends.
