"Where do I begin. to be quite honest I do not typically leave reviews but I think it would be unjust if I kept this to myself. I will start by saying when I contacted the company I spoke to Mr carlos Brown he was very knowledgeable courteous kind and friendly he came down met with me and took the time to explain to me what the process was what the damage was and how to proceed. this is my first roof claim so the information was extremely helpful Mr. Brown showed up for the inspection with the insurance auditor and afterwards he sat down with me and explained what the next step would be.He then set up a date and time for when the project would begin. Mr. Brown called me the day before to confirm the appointment. Mr Brown had his guys out here promptly at 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled date as he promised. So what can I say about his crew? I don't think I've ever seen a harder working crew these guys are beasts they came in protected my property with tarps then stripped that roof ,cleaned up and were starting on the new install before lunch no exaggeration these guys started at 7:00 a.m. and we're done and out of here by 5:30 p.m. they not only did my home roof but my garage roof as well all I can say is I had called on other companies none and I mean none were as courteous,respectful,professional and knowledgeable. His crew was very professional and all about getting the job done I can't say enough about this company if I owned 100 homes and they needed roof repair or a replacement I would give all 100 to IMAN ROOFING I can't say enough about this company and its employees thanks again Mr Brown for making what was a horrible situation with a damaged roof into an incredibly enjoyable experience watching your guys work was mind-boggling you guys are awesome I wish I can give you a 10 star rating if Google would allow it LOL I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who is looking for quality work fair price professional people hard workers and a great finished product we love our new roof and my house has never looked so good thanks again Mr Brown"
