"I never in my life deliberately missed a monthly payment how it happen was I had some stuff on my credit card and before it was due I got some stuff I needed and was going to pay it all at once and than I got a letter telling me my card amount was lowered. Due to other loans I have out and got a bill to pay in August but now I'm getting phone calls from Citi Bank about my loan. So I'll be paying it off and citi bank can keep their card."
"We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful team at the customer service desk. Your exceptional service truly stands out. We utilize the pickup option for products almost daily, and we cannot adequately express how invaluable your assistance is throughout the entire process, from ordering to collection. Your efforts significantly ease our daily operations at ServMate, making our workday considerably smoother. Thank you very much for all that you do. The ServMate Team"
"They give you the big shock for schedule delivery ether when you buy at store or online. First one stop by at Fall Church VA for my order on 07/05 they scheduled delivery 07/11 but at 7:00pm on 07/10 they called for cancel because they don’t have enough and then transfer to Winchester WA . Second one I know the problem I chose for Johnstown PA for near by me and order online. End the they have the same happening . What wrong with the system?"
"Disappointing experience buying a z-turn mower, $3700+. First, I wasnt sure if the service desk guy was gonna stop chatting with coworker to take care of my wife and I. We set up a credit card (29.99%???), paid for the mower with it and guy calls back for someone to unlock mowers n get key. This guy is on break til 4:30, its 4:26, I'll wait 4 minutes. I pull my tralier around to load the mower. Service desk guy comes out, unlocks the cable n is trying to push the mower out. I ask why he doesnt start, he has no key. So he leaves, 4:50 now. Wheres the lawn dept. guy with the key? Service desk guy comes back with a sealed plastic packet of manuals n a key in it (1 freaking key). Informs us theres no gas in the mower so we hav to push it on. Really? Wife asks if theres oil in the engine, I check dipstick, its full (manual states they are shipped without oil ... I shake my head) About 5:00 now, still no lawn dept guy to help, so the 3 of us push the mower onto the trailer. "I" locate the wire "locks" n slide them into place to lock the axle. We get home, unload, read manual, check oil again, gas-up. Uh-oh, diagrams to connect a battery. Omg dont tell me we gotta buy a battery. No, one is there but we gotta connect it. 10 minutes, done. Turn key, click click click.... not enough charge in battery to turn over the engine. WTH... I had to jumpstart my brand new $3K+ mower...."
"Home Depot should be ashamed of themselves! In April my mom purchased 2 cans of red paint from the Home Depot Johnstown location. To keep it brief, one of the paint can lids was not sealed properly in store, the paint can tipped spilling on the inside and outside of her car. She immediately called the store and followed their directive to drive the approximate hour it takes for her to back to the store where the damage was surveyed and store representatives admitted it was their oversite in not making sure the cans were sealed properly. They gave her a new can of paint and the number to their insurance company. Cut to a few weeks later when Home Depot DENIED her claim that they are responsible for the nearly $4,000 in damage to her vehicle (an estimate was provided by a local, reputable repair shop). Home Depot has indicated that it was my mom's fault for not effectively securing the paint cans when she left the store. Under this logic, Home Depot is taking ZERO responsibility in making sure their job was done correctly. This was failure on their part to ensure they have met a more than reasonable customer expectation. A person should not have to think twice about whether their paint cans are sealed when purchasing them from a business that specializes in and advertises quality, even superior products and services. Shameful"
