"I had all of my basement windows replaced a couple years ago. They have not held up. Unfortunately the outside mortar is crumbling and they need redone. The installer was super nice and accommodating but the guy who came to bid the job (he might be the owner?) was rude and condescending. He scolding me for not having everything removed from the basement and said something along the lines “well if you were my daughter…!” I didn’t appreciate that and I do not recommend them."
