"USA Insulation did a great job on my house and the product works beyond my expectations and all at a fantastic price. My old house is able to stay significantly warmer and cooler and the noise reduction is a huge bonus. Really wanted to give out 5 stars here, but I wanted to make sure others are aware of a major issue I am having down the line. Unfortunately the salesperson signed my family up for the wrong loan option. There was a miscommunication on my family end and we did sign the papers for that wrong loan option. So yes some negligence on our part, however, the salesperson I spoke with many times knew exactly what loan option I wanted. Once this mistake was pointed out, however, the loan is entirely in Enerbank's hands and no matter how many times I called USA Insulation they wouldn't really do anything to try and resolve it. Again, we did sign the wrong loan option (i wasn't home, my partner was so they just signed whatever the salesperson prepared), so there isn't anything schemy going on and there wouldn't be any benefit to USA insulation either way. But this does detract a lot from the services provided because I am stuck down the line and I expected more support from them once the mistake was discovered. Anyway, still very glad I got this done. Great investment and wonderful product."
"Unfortunately I deleted other photos of the job. But I assure you it was a great experience. They were on time, very professional and answered many guestions and concerns for me. Great cleanup both inside and outside. Now the true test will be when the cold weather arrives to feel the difference in temperatures in the rooms that we had issues with, and the main reason for getting this done.
