"called with some questions about if i can get my Milwaukee electric tools serviced here, the woman who picked up the phone sounded half asleep it was 10:28 am, she just told me "just look on our website to see which tools can be fixed and which not" ended up going to Hartville Hardware to get my tools repaired, the first person of contact to a customer had got to be the person to sell the work, thats how you get more business, no im not gonna bring my tools to a place that dont care they are my lively hood, i use them everyday"

"Repaired my Milwaukee Sawzaw in a timely manner. I really liked Dave and his customer service. When I picked up the Sawzaw it was filthy with grease all over it and they carved numbers into the side of my tool. They explained they carve numbers on every tool and their technicians have grease on their hands. The serial number makes sense to me as an identifier but apparently they carve their own number. I was unaware of this and they never explained it to me prior to fixing the tool. While the repair was successful and done in a timely manner they have a poor handling process of the tools they repair. I’d expect your tool to be dirtier than when you brought it in and apparently you can ask that they put their identification number in an inconspicuous place. Not happy with how they handled that, but the repair was successful."
