"I love supporting smaller and lesser-known restaurants. I got two cinnamon-raisin pancakes with peanut butter drizzled on top, and they're large, thick, and fluffy. I originally ordered one cinnamon raisin and one peanut butter, but they offered to combine it for me. I also got the Frank-N-Burger, which is loaded with various meats. I can't say I've had a hot dog on a burger before, but it was great. It was juicy and had plenty of flavor; the fries were also great. The portions are generous with great prices. Two people - including me who eats for two - was $52. Breakfast is served all day and they're planning on adding a dinner menu once they expand to another location. The service was friendly and the servers and customers had some great banter. There were several regulars that walked in and the staff treated them like friends, and it was great to see. My server gave me props for my eating ability and suggested I come back for a potential pancake-eating challenge once they open up their new location. The only negative of my time here was that the bathroom ceiling leaked on me, but they said they were in the process of trying to get it fixed. I would definitely go back."
"Food was great with multiple options. Not much wait. Find a table and seat yourself. Pan cakes were good. The biscuits and gravy was delicious. Coffee was bit light. Good service. Home fries were great. Nice dinner tucked in the neighborhood."
"Billie Ann's was a great experience. Our waitress was very friendly and quick to attend to our table. Food was really good. I absolutely think they should keep the fresh cut fries on the menu. I got the pancakes and my wife got the French toast and both were very good. All the food came out in a timely manner. The true Hallmark of a great establishment is when the owner comes out greeting and busting tables. I would recommend anyone to go. Get there early it fills up fast."
"Feb 2024 Breakfast visit featured French Toast and their breakfast sandwich on Naan. YUMMY!!! ============================= Another successful breakfast visit. Peppery biscuits and Gravy and a HUGE pancake left us with more than full bellies -- take out boxes too! Breakfast update. We promised we would be back. So we did! Experience was just as good at breakfast time, as it was at lunchtime. We had a different waitress and the experience was just as good - and our previous waitress recognized us and waved! The owner came over to say hello and we chatted for a bit. All that I said before applies to breakfast as well. This is definitely a place we will be visiting regularly and they are busy fo a very good reason! :-) ================================== We stopped in for lunch and had a great experience! We sat in the enclosed patio, and while it was a bit on the chilly side, the heater would come on and warm it up. The waitress was a gem and the food was great. We had the Poutine, the Cranberry Chicken Salad, and the Chicken Philly Sandwich. Add to that a cup of coffee and we ended up spending less than $20 per person and had enough leftovers for each of us to have another lunch. In other words, this is really good value for the money. From what we were told, they opened up about 18 months ago, but with some of the same staff that used to run the previous place. The food was tasty and the quantities were ample. There was a steady stream of customers coming and going while we were there, yet the staff was handling everything with no issues and we got our orders in what seemed like a quick turnaround. We noted the fresh ingredients in all of our dishes: Roasted and flavorful chicken on the salad; real cheese curds on the Poutine and more. We will definitely be coming back!"
"Great out of the way place to enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch. Family owned and operated, food is outstanding and generous portion sizes. Was blown away by the fact that only one waitress was able to handle so many tables yet still remain friendly and pleasant and see that everyone's needs were met. Had the veggie omelet with home fries and rye toast. Food was exceptional. Breakfast is served all day here although only open for breakfast and lunch. There is a slight fee when using a credit card as a form of payment but prices are very reasonable. Check out the holiday decorations while here. Amy the waitress did them all herself. Located off Reissing Road in Cecil, PA it sits in a small business complex. Thank you Billie for welcoming me to your diner!"
