"I’ve gone to this place in the past and had good experiences but this time was uncharacteristically bad. I booked a massage for my mother and I. We booked a day before a promo was offered and we called to ask if they would offer the promo and they would not. We would have cancelled if we didn’t already pay a deposit. My mother used her card for the deposit. Upon exiting, i was Paying the rest for both my mother and I but the front desk charged the card on file which was my mother’s. She then refunded the entire price and I had To pay the full fee including the deposit which is not what we wanted. My mom enjoyed her facial but my massage was not focused on my trouble areas and overall lackluster. She spent half the time fussing with the blanket it seemed. She then did not wipe the oil off my body like they usually do. I unfortunately will not likely come back after this experience."
