As a result I have decided to look elsewhere for employment. I would not recommend working with Highlight Technologies. There are other organizations in the Washington D.C. area that understand the difficulties of minority candidates who are seeking to gain employment in the Science, Technology, Math, and Engineering fields."

"Terrible company! Just as someone else said. Liars!! Said they were investigating and did nothing. Laid off for no reason. L. Hugo was a nightmare. She actually works for the SBA and targeted tons of individuals which happened to be minorities brought this to Highlight attention. A highlight HR individual acknowledged the wrong doing. Nothing done about it. Even brought it to a SBA lead nothing done about. Would not recommend a company that does not even investigate the racial bias. Super disappointing from an all woman company. Expected more."
"I loved working here until they randomly laid off two hundred people before our expected contract was up. They promised SBA was going to hire us and that never happened with any of the employees. They do not care about their employees at all and are liars. Now they are telling people I know that work there that they are hiring."
