"I can only speak for the spa services. This was the second year in a row I treated myself to a spa day for my birthday. Last year I did the mini spa day and this year I only did a massage and facial. I can honestly say I will continue this tradition. Front desk staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. I was with Karla for my massage....I can't remember who did my facial but both were equally amazing. I felt so relaxed through the whole process. My birthday was truly made that much more special by coming here. I can't recommend Nordine enough!"
"Selina L. was dismissive, and did what she wanted to do without much of my input. She also made some disrespectful remarks when I simply asked if I would be able to see the highlights I had requested after one or two washes (I could not, because she did not do what I had asked). She made a point to insert her conservative values into our conversation while doing my hair how she wanted as well, which was not enjoyable. I go to the salon to try to relax. Paying customers also should at least be heard, if not love our hair, when we leave. This was a surprisingly disappointing experience. I have had luck with another stylist from Nordine in the past, so I had hoped for a positive experience. Sadly, I feel like my time and money were wasted instead."

It was my first time and Stella was so accommodating and hospitable, she did a really good job at getting off all the dead skin and calluses because most nail salons that I go to charge extra for callus removal or do minimal callus work. Also I like how this place does hair, nails, and massages all in one too."
