"Absolutely unexcusable work practices. Scheduled a surgery for 4 months out, the office even pulled the hospital schedule and told me the first available appointment and put me down, was in pain for several months and stuck it out in anticipation for surgery, only to be told the month prior to the surgery that the hospital he borrows the OR from were too busy with their own patients to do my surgery. What was the point of pulling the schedule if you knew it wasn't set in stone? Why would you run your office that way? Especially when I came to you with severe foot pain, and the solution was surgery, which I made arrangements for or so you left me to believe! Now I have to start all over with a new foot doctor, one that actually can book a surgery!!!"
