"Possibly the worst Sheetz that exists. You can get a cheeseburger and enjoy your cold cheese they put on afterwards and stale bread. Or if you order hot dogs they’ll death squeeze them hot dogs while wrapping them. Or get the fries, 50% of the time you’ll just get the little crumb fries leftover. Any food you want to get here they can find a way to mess it up. The two down the road in Monroeville are much better."

"Giving 3 stars due to the fact there is never windshield washer fluid at the pumps and there is trash thrown in the containers instead. no paper towels either. UPDATE: went to get gas this morning and the washer tanks were full, as well as the paper towels. bumped my rating up to 4 stars. thanks for listening, Sheetz!"

"I came here on 5.9.24 at approx. 8:20 and purchased a medium hot cocoa..received the drink and it was far from Hot so they said that it’ll be remade and the young man apologized. The girl (who originally made it) takes the cup that I already put my mouth ALL over and dumps the hot coco back into the frothing pitcher to Simply steam and make it hot again. Without apology, she hands me the cup with sticky chocolate syrup and milk all over it. Infuriated I explained to the supervisor that I wanted a refund…I did not print my receipt because I didn’t anticipate Such drama over a hot coco. The supervisor had no idea how to look up my transaction or what a hot coco cost and asked me”will $3 work for You?” I said No Because it was 4.59! When you remake a drink, it Means REMAKE, not take the liquid that I probably backwashed into and dump it into your frother to reheat…those items touch other patrons meals! Disgusting laziness. I plan on contacting the manager to express The unacceptable practices that night. It’s not hard to make a hot coco! Wow!"

"I'm incredibly disappointed in my experience today. I frequent this location often and have never had a bad experience at any Sheetz really, that's why it's not a 1 star. Whoever you guys had at the register around 11:45am (older guy wearing a face covering) today was incredibly rude to me when trying to make payment. My chip malfunctioned while trying to make payment and I have to insert three times then swipe. He immediately started canceling the order saying its not going to work and wouldn't let me swipe my card stating a line is going to form. He canceled it every time I tried this method. I asked him to please let me try and for whatever reason he refused. He also kept pushing extra bags of ice on me? This was incredibly bizzare and I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on when I go through this area."
