"I have been coming to Dante’s longer than some of my friends have been on planet earth. Our kids enjoyed calamari and other delicious things in high chairs on the sidewalk. This place is a piece of Americana. I cannot highly enough recommend stopping here at least one time in your life. Personally, it’s exciting to me that my kids are now at a place in their lives, where we carpool into the city together go our separate ways and meet back up for a celebratory cocktail at one of my favorite places on planet earth. "I really enjoyed the food and the drinks. The cocktails in particular were excellent and among the best I’ve had in the city. The food was good but disappointing value for money - almost $30 for a fairly small serving of pasta. Maybe that’s NYC, but I did expect a larger plate and ended up eating a snack after."

"Dante never lets you down, whether it’s the drinks, food, atmosphere, or simply making the restaurant available. Everyone on the team helps out with patrons, not just one server. It’s a collaborative effort to make sure your visit is memorable Seasonal drink menu is a nice surprise, there are always staples of course which satisfy your palette. Reservations are recommended, but I’ve never see. Someone turned away if they have available tables."

"One of my favorite places in NY. Very good cocktails. The famous garibaldi is a must, but they have many other good ones, including their variety of negronis. Food menu is also interesting. Italian vibe, great atmosphere and top hospitality from all the staff. Reservations are recommended."

"Walked in to the famous @dantenewyorkcity for brunch on a pouring day and I’m now a fan! The brunch menu was great and still has daily pasta available. The service and all the food were absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to revisit!"
