"Dawn set up appointment at my home and never showed up. This appointment was needed after my new hearing aids came in and one of them didn't work properly. If she set them up as she said she had, she would have heard for herself that one didn't work. She tried to fix it thru an app on my phone. She never described the process. After 4 weeks of not having 2 working hearing aids, I finally had to find a local provider and expert in my Signa hearing aids. My health provider suggested I do this if I wasn't getting help. Her customer service needs alot of work. Don't be deceived by the 2 offices she has in the Rochester area. They are worthless if she isn't in them."
"dB hearing center bought a HP M283 printer form my Amazon store. But they returned a old, broken, non repairable M281 printer. So disappointed with this company and I won't do any business with this dishonest company in the future. Beware!!!!!!"
