"If you're thinking about getting Credible-I would think again. This platform...doesn't function properly...almost as often as it does. Its adaptability between devices leaves everything to be desired, as does its ability to reconfigure when screens are flipped or otherwise manipulated. Behavioral health software that's more fragmented than the memories of our clients with CPTSD."
"Worst customer service I have ever deal with, it took me 25min to schedule one appointment. The person on the phone spoke super slow and with a low voice. Did not know how to schedule one appointment... I had to tell the person how... Plus I had to repeat myself multiple times asking the same questions, even after spelling my information slowly and loud, letter by letter, number by number, over five times, the person still managed to get it wrong... After calling 3 times to get an email from the company, the software did not work. The employee was either sleepy or high..."
"This is a very honest review about this company. This is a very dishonest company. There are so many bugs and the software keeps crashing. They keep adding more functions but can’t fix the existing ones that are broken. They make promises they can’t keep. They keep losing very smart IT employees and over worked them. The company has merged with another company so let’s see how this goes. Glad the former CEO and the VP were let go. This company needs an overhaul in management. Bad decisions of management caused high turnovers and too much overloaded work for the employees. Clients are waiting things to get fixed for a specific function of the software and they either don’t get a response or wait for 6 months to maybe a year until it gets fixed. Sometimes they don’t get fixed and waiting for the clients to just forget about the problem until they bring it up. Overall, a very bad company that has been poorly mismanaged. The Indeed.com reviews are honest and raw as it can get unlike Glassdoor where they pay them to take out real negative reviews of the company. Another bad part is they micro manage their employees and also post fake positive reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed. Indeed is very good at keeping the honest negative reviews on there. They over worked their employees and I’m very glad that clients are on here posting real reviews of the software. It’s outdated and mismanaged. Hopefully, the merge will better the company as the CEO and VP are the drama couples that literally destroyed the reputation of the company. Employees could not voice their honest concern to fix things and they won’t listen but to have this ego that they are mighty and can fire at will and not improve the software for the better. The most disheartening part about this company is the lies and deceptions. Everybody had a speculation that the CEO and the VP became a couple and to no surprise that did happen. Just an ongoing drama and wasted budget on the expense of lavish spending on their vacations. The VP is very young and inexperienced to lead the team. Very extremely high turnovers and many innocent very smart people got let go. Nobody in the company had a saying and if they stood up they were immediately let go. The only ones that were left were on their side and either brown nose or love them dearly."
"Management is too conservative when it comes to ideas. They won't accept suggestions that they doom too different from their original principles or practices. This means that employees won't have any opportunity to use their imagination and critical thinking. All you have to do while working here is agree to everything that management says."
