"My mother had the absolute worst experience at this location. She was treated extremely poorly by the blood technician (a young female), who mistakenly accused my mother of ringing the service bell twice, when in fact it was another patient that rang the bell the second time. The blood tech proceeded to scold my mother, and began yelling at her, for no reason. This young female should NOT be in customer service! She even yelled at my mother and told her to "get out and never come back!" What a terrible experience. Please look for another place to get your bloodwork done!"
