"Had a confirmed appointment at 7:15, completed all the forms and commuted 45 minutes there to find out the doors were locked. Google said Passport Health opens at 7:00. We waited from 7:03 until 7:20, the doors remained locked, no one answered the phone after 10 attempted calls. Called again at 7:30, still voicemail. Left and called back at 8:15, the receptionist I spoke to was not able to communicate effectively in english and had a terrible attitude. She said the doors should open at 7:10. I explained that they weren’t open up until I left at 7:20. She said she would send a nurse down to unlock the door and I had to explain I was no longer there, she could not comprehend or understand a coherent thought. She continued to blame it on me somehow? She claimed to have rebooked us for another appointment and upon checking my email, I found a $75 cancellation fee… so if you want to be charged for THEM not showing up, come here! Just not at 7:15, and don’t expect to be met by a competent person at the front desk. Save your time and energy and go ANYWHERE ELSE. There are other reviews saying they did not show up for a scheduled appointment time, believe them."

I later discovered friends got the SAME thing at UPMC Infectious Disease for $195. - LESS THAN HALF WHAT PASSPORT HEALTH CHARGED. I didn’t check around for pricing. Buyer beware - do your homework and avoid being gouged by Passport Health!!!"
