"Awesome, helpful and friendly staff! Dr. Kaner is amazing, kind and inquisitive. He cares about his patients and spends a great deal of time with them. He never gets impatient when asked a ton of questions and explains his answers in detail. Just a quick update, the office has added a PA and she is fantastic! Labrene is friendly, kind and patient. She takes her time with you and gets excited when you are doing well. It's another great addition to an amazing office."

"Lovely Staff, Kind Dr. But the Woman in Insurance and Billing is NOBODY I Will Take My Time Dealing With. She is Very Rude! I Feel Sorry for the Staff That Has to Deal With Her, Apparently She Rules the Roost and Acts like it, But Again This is No Reflection on the Dr. or Staff."

"Came in to see what I could do about my headaches. Dr. Kaner did an amazing job. He asked a bunch of questions and prescribed me something. Now my headaches aren't a headache for me anymore. The reason why I gave 4 stars is because their check out lady was extremely rude when I tried to schedule a recheck. I need a specific day of the week and it was like I was bothering her with this. I would recommend Dr. Kaner."

"The office staff was welcoming and timely. The Doctor was wonderful. He is compassionate and patient. He sat, looked me in the eyes and listened while I explained my history, without interruption. This was my third attempt at finding a caring neurologist and I have finally found one. Definitely recommend."

"I just started seeing Dr. Kaner and the one visit I had with him, he was pleasant, informative, and thorough. His assistant was just a sweet!! The reason I'm giving two stars is because their insurance lady, I didn't get her name, is TERRIBLE. As a person that works in the insurance billing field, I know there are multiple ways to find someone's insurance plan other than them having an id card. When I explained that I had two policies but only had my secondary insurance card, she physically made it aware that she was in some sort of distress because now she had to walk ten steps to her computer to type my name in and find my policy. And what do you know ... There I was!!! In the system! A few weeks later, I had to reschedule and she was extremely rude then! Stay behind the desk if you're not a people person. She makes the whole office look bad"
