"I met Stacey from Lincare when I unexpectedly found myself in the ICU at Mercy Hospital in Boardman, Ohio. Stacey was so nice, very patient, and especially caring as I was just starting to recover. She made sure that all arrangements were in place so I would have oxygen set up at my brother's home (where I was staying) right away. Dan was there shortly a after I arrived. He went over all the paperwork with me to make sure I understood everything. Stacey and Jason went above and beyond to get me a portable concentrator for my flight home to Idaho and contacted the Lincare in Coeur d'Alene so I would have oxygen delivered to my home as fast as possible.
