"Top partial (with remaining teeth) has me with 8 teeth on one side and 6 on the other (has a molar where my bicuspids used to be on the left side) and looks like I have 3 middle teeth due to uneven sizing and being rotated a whole tooth length off-center. The right side top curves in under the roof of my mouth with a big toothless flap of material as there is only one tiny sized molar. It feels like a tongue depressor. When I eat Im just gumming my food with the acrylic. Can't really bite anything with the extreme overbite and center of top curvature being so measurably off-center. With my four left side natural molars closed together, I can stick the tip of my tongue through the gap on the right side because the whole top is angled on the horizontal plane with the right side being much higher than the left. That is in addition to horizontal rotation. It gags me at least once a day and collects food particles, although with the bottom now added in, tongue movements cause extreme pain and the front teeth pop out. Took them a month to get my bottom partial denture finished. It doesnt fit right, almost like it shrunk down during the creation process or perhaps turned inward. Painfully tight around the gums, was leaving deep cuts at first now only happens if I try to swallow or stick my tongue out/lick my lips, etc.. The right side and wont come off my molar without gouging the gum line like a razor sharp crab claw... and a only with a good deal of force and wiggling (very painful). Workmanship is shoddy: uneven with little burrs. Causes pain and aggravation constantly not only in the gums but in the muscles and sides of my jaw. Paid for everything out of pocket; very disappointing in every way. Ive never been more dissatisfied with anything... thousands of dollars sunk into this and Im worse off than when I started. With the bottom part done I can't even really eat with them in without it popping out and causing pain. I really only use my remaining natural teeth to chew anyways so Ive recently stopped forcing myself to use the top as well. -=Avoid at all costs!!=-"
"William’s Dental Laboratory does excellent work. I have worked in many different offices as a dentist. I had no say in where we sent our cases, So I’ve seen lab work from everywhere in the U.S. and some of the offices even outsource to labs in Costa Rica and Puerto Rico… it’s bizarre to me… If those dentists think they are saving money… they are wrong. They are missing out on supporting our local lab that keeps your patient care close to home! Now, I have a private practice, and I find it disappointing that some dentists still use other labs. THOSE COUPONS AND SHIPPING LABELS DO NOT guarantee quality service! William’s is a hop skip and a jump from your office… come on! I stand by William’s. They pick up and drop off cases, the staff is dedicated to each case, and they go above and beyond to make sure that local dentists and their patients get the best possible service and products. As a dentist in Erie, It’s nice to have local professionals working to help restore the smiles of local patients! Dentists need a good lab just as much as patients need a caring dentist. Simply said, William’s Dental Laboratory is local gem, and I have seen the quality, I have experienced the personalized customer service, and I recommend keeping your cases local… because their is no reason to send your patient’s cases across the country! THIS review is my personal, public, and heart felt, THANK YOU! To everyone at William’s Dental Laboratory…I appreciate ALL OF YOU ! Timothy M. Theisen DMD"
