"I had an appointment for 2:15 and came 10 minutes late. There were no patients in the waiting room nor in the office. The audiologist refused to take me for no specific reason. I made this appointment ahead of time and ended up wasting my time and gas. If you need a hearing evaluation I suggest you go somewhere else where they want to see patients."

"I’m a 60-year-old male. I lost my hearing in my right ear five years ago due to Ménière’s disease and I also suffer from severe tinnitus in my right ear as well. Knowing nothing about hearing aids I shopped around and was referred to the hearing center from my ENT. That’s when I met Dr. Alexis Rooney who dramatically changed my life for the better. She is the most caring an amazing doctor and I was blessed to have found her. I work in a quarry which noise levels vary from quiet to extremely loud and with her help she was able to get me the perfect hearing aids for all conditions. They are even synced to my iPhone which makes everything that much better. She has been so patient and understanding through the whole process which made a terrible time in my life really all good. "Dr. Rooney is a very clear communicator regarding use of my hearing aids. I understood and felt much more at ease after she explained the problems I was having. She removed two cones stuck inside each of my ears, something she had never seen before. Dr.Rooney gave me different company ones that fit better and are not releasing themselves from the hearing aid, hurting my ears, and making me less able to hear.
