"Clean, friendly and respectful staff. Like any other plasma center time in and out may vary depending on how busy it is but usually it takes about 1.5 hrs for the whole process. This location is my favorite of the 3 I've been to."

"Came to donate blood with my boyfriend, for the first time, “Together”. Even though we came together he got in way before me, and as I was waiting for medical - the workers were standing in front of me complaining and chit chatting, not very professional if you ask me. I’m sitting there waiting to go back, to donate plasma- with my boyfriend, as they knew, but let me sit there and kept complaining. Won’t come back here again- I’m trying to do something good and wanted to experience it with my boyfriend and they completely ruined my experience."

"They need more workers, I’ve gone twice to donate and you just stand there and no one comes to you to help you start the process. Time is precious and I don’t want to waste my time. I want to get in start and get out."

"Some of the staff is great, however NINA the manager or supervisor. Is not very friendly, her attitude, and the way she talks to people is uncalled for. Being down there when shes there makes it uncomfortable to be there. The way the girls get obnoxious on the floor is not professional. I have heard them Curse."

"I really like the staff here, however the manager is very dismissive when you bring up any concerns. I shouldn't have to be at the center for almost 3 hours as a return donor. As I started to let her know that it is unacceptable for me to be at the center for almost half a day she didn't respond to me and basically gave me a look like "deal with it""
