"Terrible experience! Not only did I have to come back a second time to get blood, but my CDC had to be retaken. My doctors office requested multiple times for an allergy panel to be faxed over they haven’t received anything for the last 2 weeks as promised. I have personally called and requested that my allergy panels to be faxed over and still NOTHING. Terrible customer experience!! Will never be going back again! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Your google reviews have never phased me much but as of having such neglect on getting STAT results back this lab has lost all my respect for them. I have been here multiple times but have been given the cold shoulder when I call in and ask for my results to be sent to my primary doctor."

"I would give 0 stars if there was an option. Absolute lack of empathy. Last week and this week, I had a wait time of 1 hour. We waited with my 3day old baby and a wife with a complex c-sec patiently only to be told that they can’t process stat orders. We were directed to another lab by the geniuses who work here without knowing that the other lab doesn’t do bloodwork on newborns. The staff do not even look up. They are totally indifferent or worse, unkind"

"I was nervous after seeing some of these reviews, but everyone was super friendly and helpful. They called me in a couple minutes after I checked in, took my blood, and that was it. In and out in less than 10 minutes."

"Update: I received a call from someone at the location. They took absolutely no accountability for the HIPAA violation or the issue with getting results. They said they documented the violation, but that means nothing to me. Then they wonder why they have such a low Google rating Original review: Multiple times, this lab has failed to either send results to the correct referring HCP, or just send them at all. Results were sent to the wrong HCP once, as the staff wrote down the wrong provider information, although it was clear as day on the lab sheet. 2 weeks later had to call multiple times for it to be corrected and faxed to the correct place. Most recently, results were not sent to my PCP 2 weeks after the labs were done. Called and was told that they only mail results, which doesn't make sense, because they always told me that they faxed results. Either way, the PCP did not receive the results. Then I was told that they would do me a favor and fax the results the same day, but again the provider did not receive a fax. My PCP had to go into her providence portal to get the results. Although it's nice to be able to schedule a lab, the office is incompetent overall at sending results and doing backend work. Would not recommend"
