"Initially, everything was fresh and delicious. Over the last several years, however, more and more items have been old and stale. I purchased a frosted brownie that was so dried out, nothing I did could revive it. Today I bought 2 lovely pieces of baklava, both of which turned out to be mushy and unappealling. I assume they refund or replace. Unfortunately for me, I was not in a position to return to the bakery in a timely manner, so I do not know their policy. I probably will not buy sweets from here again. That said, I will continue to purchase savory items as those have remained quite lovely."

"The desserts are OK. We ordered a variety to try out but found most to be a bit dry. It is most likely due to fact that the deserts sit in a refrigerator after production pre-sliced."

"I went in this morning 9/5/23 & got 2 butter croissants. They're gigantic!!! That being said they were not cooked all the way through & they smell like flour & yeast. Normally they'd be nice & flakey but these were like damp dough after all the wet ingredients have been mixed in. At almost $9 for 2 considering that they're not going to be able to get eaten was a waste of money for me. HOWEVER, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC & HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE FEW TIMES I'VE GONE IN!!! Maybe lower the temp & bake a bit longer, thank you! Very Respectfully, An Avid Baker"

"You are greeted with a smile, the variety of FRESHLY baked goods is incredible and you cannot beat the prices. They have sweets, breads, bagels, sandwiches and ice cream all made from scratch. The customer service is 10/10. We ordered the nutella bread pudding, chocolate croissant and the baklava cheesecake."
