"Don’t go there. The nursing staff and nursing directors are the worst I’ve ever come across. My sister is there now and the nursing and rehab care are so bad, we’re thinking of looking for another place. But it’s not easy when it’s a Medicare patient. It looks great, but it’s deceiving. The first time I went to visit, I was told to wear a mask because there was covid in the building, to find out there was no covid there. Next day they don’t require masks. Be careful."

"If I could give this place negative ratings, I would. There were a few nurses that seemed to care about the patients. However, there are several that seemed to be annoyed when a patient requests help! Isn't that why these patients are there?! Because they are not able to live on their own! When the patient rings their buzzer for help, they ask what they want and sometimes they never come. A few of the staff members did not know how to operate a supplemental oxygen tank. Why are they not all trained to do this? One member of the staff actually checked on my father by looking into his window that faced a courtyard. Can you believe that? They need to get some strong management in this place. What is going on there now is NOT working very well."

"I've been desperately searching for a facility for my father and have contacted this establishment several times. I spoke with Shawn to see if there is room for my dad and he was going to get back to me. I have left several messages on machines and with staff but can't get him to return a phone call in over a week. Can't speak on the staff or facility but admissions lacks professionalism and the ability to return a potential client's call."

"I have a friend living here and I go visit once or twice a week. The place is very clean and professional. The patients there have the ability to have cable tv and phone/internet in their room which is usuyally shared, but single rooms are available. From what I have seen the patients are treated with respect and dignity. The staff are very friendly and patient with the patients they deal with. The biggest problem noticeable is lack of staff. There gave been times my friend rang for a nurse and one didn't show for a long period of time. All the patients require a lot of help/time so it's hard to get free to respond to a nurse call. I have seen worse places and would recommend this place."

"From what I have seen it seems to be a caring environment. They have morning mass there and the kids from the school system have some involvement."
