- Ticket Purchase: Tickets must be purchased online and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Important Dates: Please note that tickets for August 17 & 24 are sold out.
- Release Schedule: Tour tickets are released on the 15th of each month for the following month.
- Refund Policy: Once your order has been processed, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
- Note: Tour tickets are not sold at High Point Mansion.

"Fantastic tour. Has an elevator and ramp as well so it’s fully accessible and they have a wheelchair for use. Highly recommend but buy tickets in advance bc they sell out fast. Well worth the price esp at Christmas. Gorgeous."

"Absolutely amazing. This tour is provided by the Hershey Story Museum which is located in downtown Hershey. However, tickets can only be bought online and tours are on certain Saturdays during the year so I highly recommend getting tickets ahead of time. This tour was so informative about the man behind the Great American Chocolate Bar! Our tour guides were amazing and informative! Thanks again Tony and Susan! We loved it. Definitely a must do while visiting Hershey!"
"Outstanding and informative tour about the life of Milton Hershey and his wife’s Catherine estate. Tours held on Saturdays only. Reservations required. No photography allowed inside the mansion but outside photos are permitted. Tour the library, solarium, dining room, breakfast nook as well as the separate and elegant bedrooms of the couple. Learn how Milton Hershey bequeathed his mansion to the Hershey trust company. Mansion overlooks a golf course and mansion itself was once a golf club. Allow 1 1/2 hours for tour. Must be able to stand. Elevator inside for those unable to walk the grand staircase. More information can be found on the Hershey story museum website"
