Front desk answered my questions, worked hard to get me in asap, and helped to handle my insurance issues. So glad I didn't wait till the last minute to schedule! Doctors at NOE were spectacular."

"Don't know what the other gentleman is complaining about. As far as the ladies answering the phones, they were nothing like what the previous poster stated. Very nice and helpful with getting me appointed. As far as having to wait a few weeks for the consult, well, that is to be expected. They are specialists, this is all that they do. Clearly they've not had to get into an oral surgeons office. That wait is usually a couple months! When I went in for my visit the Dr and staff were all very professional and my procedure went great."

"Horrible customers service and phone etiquette. Acts like they are the only game in town and nobody else will or can do it. Combined with wanting me to do all the work getting info from my dentist for them to duplicate the effort for their evaluation and of course more money $$$ and insane wait times like over a month for a evaluation and months later for actual surgeries. Avoid like the plague. Tldr horrible service and extremly slow service."

"I'm sure the work done at N.O.E. is top notch. However the woman working the front desk is far from it. Maybe it was a case of the Monday's. I'm completely prepared for someone from N.O.E. to reply to this comment stating they have no records of me having work done there. I am commenting on behalf of my wife. We have class, we pay cash and would be considered "great patients" anywhere. To be mistreated and talked to the way my wife was this morning was not only disgusting but un-professional. My wife did stick up for herself and walked out shortly after. I hope the secretary/scheduler reads this and understands that she would be better off working at Waffle House. It would probably pay the same. I'd love to chat more about this, feel free to contact me with any questions.
