"Dr. Benton and every staff member that works with him has been a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. All care provided is top notch and each member of the team is considerate. They are always on time and friendly, and they take the anxiety of dental appointments and treatment out of the process every step of the way, as much as is possible. This office, staff, and Dr. Benton work diligently to provide care that is above and beyond, consistently. As a side note, this office cares and routinely participates in other community centered activities and supports local causes. I cannot say enough good things about working with Dr. Benton and his staff on getting my dental care handled."

"Dr Benton and his staff conduct business in a old fashioned "family busines" type way that you only hear about from past generations or phony advertisements. I wish my family doctor and every medical establishment treated me in the warm, attentive, professional way that Dr Benton and his staff do. I've been going to Dr Benton for several years ( somewhere around 8 years I think) and they are gentle, personable and professional. They always make you feel comfortable. I actually look forward to seeing my dentist, I think that's saying something. I take my whole family to Dr Benton and we'll never go anywhere else. Dr Benton and his excellent staff have built a relationship of loyalty and trust with myself and my family. They have absolutely earned this 5 start review. That's how a medical practice is supposed to be run."

"Wife had a cavity filled in her crowned tooth, after 3 months the tooth disintegrated and she was left a mangled tooth and considerable pain. Called Mint on Friday and they said they could not see her until maybe Monday. I continued to call Mint office for Benton to see her and after the third call they had her come in. When Benton entered the exam room he said to my wife " This is my house and I make the rules ". My wife was visibly upset by this and on top of our son passing away 2 weeks prior made it more difficult. After he did some polishing on the mangled tooth to even out the sharp edges, Benton called us in his secretaries office and said " we were fired and seek a dentist elsewhere ". My wife had to seek a real oral surgeon to repair the tooth. This man and his staff care only about themselves and have zero compassion."

"Friendly hygienists, and I like Dr. Benton. However I feel that they need more help. What was really upsetting for me was that they cancelled my appt made 6 months prior, two weeks before Good Friday. They decided to take the day off. It's been very difficult to reschedule appointments when you have a tight schedule. Last year it took almost 6 months to be seen after I had to reschedule due work obligations. I miss the vibe of the old office in Cortland. Sad to say that I need to find a more patient focused dental group."
