"We hired David for our wedding at Rosebud Estates in Arcade, NY in October 2019. David is amazing. We worked with David over email for almost a year before our wedding and had our final meeting a couple of months prior. We had a very unique menu for our wedding and David nailed it. How many times do you attend a wedding and the carved meat is overcooked? This was NOT the case for us! Everything was perfect. The vegetarian lasagna and crabcakes were phenomenal. We kept hearing from our guests, best wedding food ever! They were not exaggerating. We would recommend David for all of your event catering needs. He provided our appetizers, coffee bar, station courses, and late night nacho bar. David's team was very professional and accommodating. We hope that we can use David's services in the future as well! Thanks again for helping us create the perfect day!"
