"This office is a recommendation from a friend but I’ve been calling since Thursday, Friday, monday, Tuesday and today, I’m calling different hours, trying the extension 1, 2, 3 and no answer. Leave messages and not even one call back. I’m writing this review because I’m sure management wants to know this. Who ever is in the front desk needs to do the job and answer the phone! There is no way every time I called they are “away” from the front desk, no way! During this 5 days I’ve called maybe 80 times!"

"Updated: He is a good doctor, he cares about his patients health. However, the office visits take entirely too long. If you have a 10am appointment expect not to be seen for atleast 2 hours by him. He really needs to allot 1 appointment each hour. Instead of having people wait in the seating area for hours on end. The wait times mirror that of an ER visit or a patient 1st visit. It's really unfair to patients, and shows a lack of respect for their time. No one plans yo sit for a doctors visit 2 hrs and not even see the dr. Especially since many of them are elderly. They sit falling asleep waiting on him. ITS UNREAL. This has occurred on more than 1 occasion. The last visit we left."

"How sad it is to have to change a review from 5 stars to 1 star, I have been with Dr. Fernandez for 6 years, everything was going very well until he change his staff. This is what happened: The doctor referred me to an ophthalmologist and gave me the referral, On Friday the ophthalmologist's office called me and told me that the reference had to be edited (to the name of the institution, not in the name of the doctor) and that I would not lose my appointment since the referral only had to be corrected. So, I called the office the same day I was told about the error, and a receptionist named Bobby said she would have the doctor sign and send the referral directly to the specialist because she couldn't send it to me (in 6 years that had never happened) my appointment with the ophthalmologist was at 9:00 am, I arrived for my appointment and the referral was not there, I had to call the office several times and they just put me on hold every time I called, on one occasion the wait was 37 minutes! I waited until 12 noon yeah 3 hours, the whole situation was already insane, I ended up missing my ophthalmologist appointment and rescheduling, so I decided to go pick up the referral in person when I walked in the receptionist with pink hair went to her computer and immediately printed it out and gave it to me, which got me thinking, what was the reason it took so long why they just decided not to fax it or pick up the phone. Two days later I called to ask for a refill of my meds and was put on hold again. I never imagined that it would be something personal since our relationship is not personal but from doctor to patient. Two days ago, I received a letter saying that I have been discharged from the office without giving me any explanation and without giving me refills of my medications. I tried to sign in to my portal to get my medical records and I no longer have access. I find it extremely unethical since I received no explanation, I ran out of my medication, and I can't even ask for a refill since every time I call, they put me on a long hold, they are putting my health at risk. And of course, there is no way to speak directly to the doctor because everything is through these girls at the reception."

"After 11yrs, picked Dr Fernandez as new Dr. Stated seeing 2/22. It’s 5/22& I’m happy with Dr & Staff. I’m 50 & DEMAND a good bedside manner which I found. 5 visits in & everyone is friendly & honest. Dr is honest but tells you”the way it is.” Offers ways of handling problems & gives you his opinion. Every visit, gives you print out of what you talked about for your records, necessary referrals, recommended changes, ie. everything that occurred during visit. Highly recommended & seems to truly care about his patients with a smile on his & his staff’s faces. Thank You Dr Fernandez & Staff."

"Dr Rodolfo E. Fernanedz, MD is the best Dr.een to in 7 years. I selected him due to insurance coverage change and I an so glad I did. I use to go to B/W Health -Lakebridge. Worst ever!!! Just an assembly line. Dr. Fernandez really took his time and found things the other Dr's office just let go and did not care about that were very crucial to my care as a Liver Transplant recipient. In addition, the staff , Rachael & Brandy are always right on their job and have always treated me very well. They both always satisfy what my reason for contacting them is. No waiting 3 days to maybe get back to you. Great Office Dr & Staff. . Thank you."
