"I have went to them before and they were real nice. As soon as I called with Workers Comp claim, they acted like they did not want to see me. Called and LVM never got a call back, had to call back in. There website says they're open till 6. The girl on phone says no we take our last patient at 4:30. On answering machine it says by appointment only. I said ok I'll try to make it work put me at 4:30. She says ok hold on a minute and put me on hold, we get disconnected and I never get a call back. U either care about your patients or you don't. Really disappointed."

"Sent our bill to collections as our insurance was reviewing the claim to pay the balance. Wasn't even 30 days after receving the first bill. That is a ridiculous billing practice. That is a hassle to clean up because now the insurance has to pay us after we pay collections. I don't need that kind of hassle in life and will go elsewhere from now on."
