"I came here 11 years ago for a second opinion for my son. Dr. Cogar figured out what was wrong the 1st visit. All 5 of my children go here. They are very caring and take time with you child. My kids have now been patients of Dr. Cogar for eleven years."

"I'm blown away by the negative reviews for this place. We've been seeing Dr. Kitsos for 2 years now and absolutely love her. She genuinely cares about her patients, she's willing to sit and answer questions/listen to concerns without making you feel rushed and takes time to engage with my child at every visit. She also just has a very down to earth, fun personality that I've never seen in another pediatrician. I don't have complaints about the nurses or office staff. I don't visit doctors offices often, so I don't have much to compare them to but I think they're friendly and professional."

"This place doesn't operate like any other office we've been to, but that's not a compliment. Every step was a hassle from check in to check out. I was asked the same question 3 times in office and called at home several hours later for the 4th repetition. The NA we saw was nice enough, but she wouldn't hear a thing I had to say, then gave my child a referral to a doctor that has never had patients younger than retirement age. Lastly, this is supposedly a WVU Medicine affiliate but they don't use MyChart. Or they do, but they are so clueless that they don't know how to use it effectively. Not sure, but don't take your kid here."

"We LOVE Dr. Judy, but the aministrative staff can be pretty hard to work with. We had an appointment for our foster son and they had to cancel it and didn’t call to let us know, saying they didn’t have our phone number. I’ve been taking my daughter there for years so they absolutely do. Just seems lazy and unprofessional. We do love our doctor. She has such a wonderful personality and takes really great care of our babies."

"I was not impressed with the care that my son received. We chose this office since moving back to WV, however, after one appointment we switched to a different provider. The nurses were caring, but the Dr. was not compassionate towards my 15-month-old. He squirmed while being somewhat examined, and was told he was a "bad boy" for crying during his exam. I say somewhat, because there was an extremely minimal exam, only listening to his heart. I know squirmy babies are difficult to contain, but I felt that the doctor's examination was lacking. I have heard some doctors within the practice are better than others."
