"While Dr Vivek Bansal and Saloni Desai have provided excellent care, the one star rating is intended for the office's terrible billing department. I was asked to perform an annual checkup and at the time, the office did not have the equipment and asked me to go somewhere else. I went to the nearest hospital that has outpatient services and got billed an astronomical amount of money for it. Since this is part of my annual check up I should be fully covered by my insurance, I have done this procedure in the office before and never got charged for it. Hospital cannot fix the bill since the order came from the doctor's office. The office confirmed that there was a mistake in the billing code, however the billing department has been dragging their feet in resubmiting the correct code to the hospital. I have called them 7 times at this point and I'm sure I'm in collections now due to how long this process is taking. This issue can be easily fixed in under a week. The procedure was in November and I made the first call since early week of December. They keep telling me that this case is under progress but as of today I still see the bill in my account and I already got a letter from the hospital threatening to take my case to the debt collector. Such a simple mistake from the office's end and yet they refuse to take this case seriously. Edit: I'd like to thank everyone at Enlyv Clinics for trying their best to be helpful and being empathetic to the situation. I truly appreciate your professionalism and support. My point however still stands about having to make a back-to-back call to resolve the issue. My issue should've been taken care of weeks ago before things escalated. Going forward I would appreciate it if my concerns are addressed in swift manner."

He had seen several doctors in the past but no one ever managed his diabetes like Dr. Bansal. On top of being a great Physician, Dr. Bansal is a great man. When I had my visit with Dr. Bansal, he listened to my complaints, my past history, asked me questions and then we discussed a plan going forward to help me. I felt he was very caring and assured me that we would get me back on the right track. I have already recommended him to a co-worker. He has given me hope and a plan to succeed which as of last week I had almost given up. This thyroid has been kicking my butt for the past 20 years and I have a really good feeling about Dr. Bansal and his plan for my recovery."
