"The lab was excellent! Wilmer suggested this new location for her autologous serum and we made the appointment. After my daughter and I made multiple daily calls to Wilmer to be sure the prescription was sent we discovered it hadn’t been. ARCpoint Labs was professional, responsive and also contacted Wilmer; between all of our efforts the prescription was finally sent. We were appreciative of the help because my daughter was coming in from out of town for the appointment. When my daughter arrived at the lab Kirti called her back to a private room within minutes, with clinical expertise painlessly drew the large amount of blood required for the sample and had great interpersonal communication skills. A few hours later the serum was completed and we were on our way."

From booking the appointment, to getting the instructions for my testing, to the great care and ease that their staff had, I mean, couldn’t have had a better experience getting my blood drawn (which of course, I wasn’t looking forward to!). I’ve been to several other lab draw sites before, and have always been disappointed by the lack of cleanliness - not here!
