"New patient. Customer service is horrible and not caring. Their phone number go to a call center and there is a big disconnect. I called and advise them that I can find the building, they assure me that it is fine since I'm a new patient. I got there 15 minutes late and they said the doctor will not see me. I will find a different office that appreciate my service."

"Have been going here with my son for our primary care needs for the past 3 years. Dr Morog and Dr Rifino are excellent in their bedside manner and always make sure to address your concerns. Parking is excellent, the office is clean, staff is friendly, and they draw labs for their patients in clinic. Was in and out for my routine physical today in 45 minutes! For the couple of sick visits I needed for my son, they were able to fit us in right away. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you for serving our community!"

Doctor Nicholas Morog is our primary care doctor, and HE is the reason why we keep going there for our preventative healthcare! Always, always he takes care for us for our every need! We can never forget how much he cares for his patients! Again, DOCTOR MOROG is the GEM of this place, and he is the reason that we did not seek another family doctor even though we sometimes had to experience/suffer from some racial discriminations from some of his staff!"

"I called to see if this office was seeing new patients. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful client service representative. She was able to schedule an appointment for me in a timely manner. Dr. Morog was fantastic. He genuinely cared about my wellbeing. I did not feel rushed. He answered all of my questions and was pleasant. I highly recommend this facility and I am grateful that I was able to be seen by them!!"

"Avoid this place. Doesn’t know how to do their codes and billings. My bill was coded wrong and the billing department didn’t follow my insurance’ suggestions, the bill ended up goes up and then got tripled because they charged same thing twice. Even their own staff admitted it’s a simple math error. While multiple staffs on the phone keeping saying it’s under review, I got the 30 days notice of must pay the wrong/triple charge. It has been about one year now, no progress from this practice. Had to get a lawyer consultation and try to dispute the bill which shouldn’t be there at the first place. Again, avoid this place."
