"Made sexist and race based comments and jokes during first consultation( Dr Tsai), kept pushing for IVF instead of taking time to look at medical history and labs of myself & my partner, immediately brought the finance person into the consultation so I could pay for IVF with no evidence that I needed IVF. Literally on the first short consult! Was told by his team and assured that he will order tests for me before deciding the right course of action - he outright refused to order lab tests and insisted I just decide on IVF. Nothing said was based on evidence or science, only greed. They asked for medical history / labs of my partner and I sent them - two months and no word from them. If they can’t squeeze 10k out of you right away they won’t answer emails. Avoid at all costs. IVF is USELESS if underlying causes of infertility are not addressed so it made no sense. That’s why a lot of people get IVF & then have miscarriages. I’m thankfully now with a wonderful doctor who approached this very differently and not from a place of greed and ignorance"

"I am very fond of this office. NY Fertility Center gave me hope after coming from an office where I felt like a number instead of a person going through infertility. The entire staff was compassionate, and they made an already difficult process more tolerable. They were flexible with scheduling, which is helpful when you have work. Additionally, getting in contact with someone from the office was never an issue, and I only mention this because it’s a struggle with some other clinics."

"Dr. Tsai is the best fertility doctor. He is very experienced and caring. I am so grateful to Dr. Tsai and his staff. The embryologist is the best as well. They made my dream of becoming a mother come true at my 42 years of age. After a long journey, 2 IUIs, 3 IVF and 1 miscarriage I got pregnant. I am 9 weeks pregnant now. It was not an easy process, sometimes I felt hopeless and depressed but I was patient with Dr. Tsai, he would make that happen. NP Cindy, Jenny, Nasreen, Maritza and Christy are just amazing. They are caring, professional, patient, knowledgeable and always showing a positive attitude. "The doctor and the staff are all very nice, professional, and caring for their patients. They do excellent job (they are good at what they do), and more precious thing is they genuinely put their patients first. I am dreadful going to see any doctors, especially dealing with this kind of issue. However, I feel happy every time leaving the clinics. They are very funny and supportive. They are willing to spend time with you, but it also sometimes leads to long wait time. So bring a book or make sure your phone is fully charged. I have been going to Dr. Tsai for years now and will keep going to him."
