"Food was fine and speed of service was ok, but drive thru attendant was not welcoming or friendly. Didn't say a single word to me, not even a total for the order, the window opened she held out her hand for payment- I said hello, got nothing back, handed her cash, she gave me change, but not so much as a peep. Not a good look imo. If you're that unfriendly of a person, prob shouldn't be working the drive thru tbh"

"Currently sitting in line for 15 minutes waiting on a breakfast burrito.. I've come to this Wendy's three different times and every time they mess up my order. Or it takes me anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes to get one person to go through the drive-thru window"

"This location has really gone downhill in the last year or so. If you order at the drive through or via the mobile app they always mess it up. Things have been left out every time I’ve ordered at this location within the last year. Service is super slow all the time. They do have a few nice people on the staff but ONLY a few. This is the third time I’ve tried ordering their “party pack” of nuggets and this is the third time they have shorted me by 10 nuggets in the order! I’ll drive over to Niles and order from that location from now on. This is ridiculous."

"The image shows what you get when you ask for a Dave's single with only lettuce and tomato, or at least what today's version is. This store is VERY hit or miss. On 3/15 I asked for a Dave's single with only lettuce and tomato. The cashier correctly notated this, but the kitchen staff needs to pay better attention to make orders. ALSO: I never get hot food from here while ordering delivery. It's really cool."
