"My first visit: woke up 2 days ago and couldn’t stand up straight or even eat because I couldn’t move my head. Tried heat and ice but nothing helped. One of my friends highly recommended Scarton Chiropractic and they (thankfully) got me in late that day. Talked with both Michelle and Marlena on the phone who explained their services and pricing and even emailed me the medical intake form to complete at home - very efficient of them! They were both very professional when I arrived and I had a good feeling about this practice because the front desk of a medical practice sometimes (usually) demonstrates the quality of service. Dr. Robinson did X-rays, explained the issue (something that I had never experienced) and what he was going to do and after about 30 minutes I could stand up straight (whole appointment was 45 minutes because of their efficiency and experience and I never felt rushed.) I was amazed at how quickly he assessed the issue, explained what he could do and what I had to do for the next several days. I will be in pain for a few more days because of the issue but it’s not as bad as one day ago and I can stand up straight now and finally eat. I set up a few more appointments but he said I may not need all of them. All in all: a very impressive practice with a highly professional staff."
