"Only cares about the money. I was told my last surgery would be about an hour long so that’s what I told my family. Dr Banyas did not call my emergency contact when I had complications nor did he check in with me at all after. When my husband called looking for me 5 hours later he was told I was nowhere to be found and Dr Banyas’ office had closed for the day and he would have to wait till the morning to talk to Dr Banyas??? I was given 0 information about recovery time and never got my hearing back. Dr Banyas doesn’t care and has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen. Do not go there!!"

"The receptionist was able to get me in quickly and was friendly and courteous. However, Dr. Banyas was rude and condescending. He put tubes in my ears and seemed annoyed when I asked a couple of questions about them. I found another doctor for follow up. I will not be treated this way by anyone."

"I'm not certain I can speak for the malcontents who have posted before me, I can't speak to their experiences. What I can say is that I have been to this doctor on several occasions for a middle ear infection that was complicated in the emergency room. The wait time was not long as I arrived at the appointed time. I filled out the paperwork and even the silly COVID questionnaire. I was seen within 30 minutes, my wife judged the man by the horrible reviews of people before me and was reticent in my seeing this particular man for treatment. When I arrived I was treated with respect by the nurse, a very good sense of humor with a ready smile. The physician's assistant asked questions in a kind and professional manner. When the doctor arrived maybe 10 minutes after I was taken back to the room he was courteous and informative. He asked many question which is common when a doctor is fishing for clues to a malediction or ailment. He prescribed me the proper antibiotics and other medication required to help my infection become manageable and I was feeling much better within 12 hours of my visit. I never judge a man by these reviews but after the way my wife was ready to toss out my appointment on the words written here by other I couldn't in good conscience not write a rebuttal to the unfair and inaccurate assessment of a doctor I find no fault in. Judge for yourself and give a professional man like Doctor Jeffrey Banyas a visit if you find yourself similarly suffering a very painful ear infection."

"Dr. Jeffery Banyas is an absolute waste of space he performed my husbands tonsillectomy and gave him nothing but Tylenol and no antibiotic. My husband never complains of pain, never takes medication no matter what, and at his age the older you are the harder this surgery and recovery become. Every single doctor, nurse, anesthesiologist, and hospital personnel told him this was not an easy surgery or recovery ahead of time, and said he would be given antibiotics and proper medication for pain management and development of future infection. We waited a whole 48 hours with no complaints from my husband, but clearly you could tell he was suffering. I then called the office because I couldn’t stand seeing him like this anymore, and at this point he has a very high temperature was vomiting and swelling severely, so they had the doctor call me back and this douche bag would rather me drag my husband out of the house in this condition to the ER for IV fluid and pain management by another physician than actually addressing his own patient and his own work! So of course my husband doesn’t go we get through what he says was by far the worst, hardest, week of his entire life and at this point he still has fever and swelling so I again call the Dr. office to get a liquid antibiotic for a developing infection, and what do ya know this douche says it is normal to have a temp of 102 and for your whole neck to be visibly swollen to the naked eye without palpating and yet again he is left with no options and went through this entire life changing event with no help, nor any medication from this so called doctor!!"
