"Dirty rooms, do not place patients appropriately (keep the rehab units for private pay patients and place rehab patients on the skilled unit), the Administrator is unprofessional, lies, and even goes as far as rationing soap for the patients and the staff uses their own money to buy soap for the patients, The staff ratio on the skilled unit is 2 NA to 56 patients. Just unbelievable! Do NOT send anyone that you care about to this poor excuse for Nursing Care!"
