"This facility is very unprofessional. Whenever you reach the Front Desk by phone there more concerned about how you got there number than what you need help with. I've been hung up on multiple times while attempting to switch from once weekly visits for medication too the Shot every 3 months. There trying their hardest too keep me coming in weekly for whatever sinister reason, probably kick backs. Front Desk tells me too call the call center & the call center tells me to reach the front desk. So much anxiety here. I'm debating on leaving this facility ASAP."

"Dirty outdated officeand equipment ( oral thermometers) cookie cutter treatment, doesn’t really listen or explain treatment plan or fees. Charged $190 out of pocket with insurance for new patient. And expected to return in 5 days. No return call for concerns about scripts. They don’t accept incoming calls at office I heard receptionist explain to another patient who wasn’t able to get meds refilled for four days. All calls go to a call center in Washington state. I came with an already treatment plan in place from a different facility in florida ( 2 months into treatment) yet was prescribed 5 scripts most related to withdrawal and not what I already know works. I was advised by my primary care not to use one of the meds after I couldn’t get a callback from this place to discuss my concerns. Attached picture of waiting area. Not enough room here to list all reasons for negative review, you might as well do online telemedicine from home, because that’s exactly what you get here since nurse practitioner works from home a nurses aide takes your info and vitals and then you’re put in a room with a screen to have a telemedicine appt with a nurse practitioner read employee reviews on indeed"
