All the people from this group were so nice and caring - from the intake person to the schedulers to the staff. We had 24 hour care at the end, and their schedulers worked tirelessly to get staff there for every shift. While we would have liked a smaller number of aides on the schedule, 99% of the aides were pleasant, on time and extremely helpful.
