"They are lacking in their customer service department. I have had several services provided from them in the last few years and every time there is issues. Whether it be just disrespectful attitude at the front desk or more recently not communicating about the fact that they were not received paperwork from the referring Dr. They did not let me know this and just canceled the exam. I had to call them to figure this out after a prolonged amount of time wondering what was going on with scheduling my MRI. Does not matter if it is known as Progressive Rad or Wahington Rad - customer service does not matter to them. Try Akumin in Chambersburg - much better experience"
"two weeks after back surgery. Cassandra was the technician. Very courteous and professional and efficient with time. I was allowed to accompany my wife all the way through."
"The only reason I got thru my MRI is because the tech who worked with me was so nice and understanding, she did a very good job at walking me thru the times for each cycle of the test. (I wish I remembered her name but with everything going on i spaced on it). In doing these timing announcements she helped me tell myself "just a little longer" and push thru each time. I have extremely bad claustrophobia, just thinking about tight spaces gives me fear. I forgot to ask the dr for something for anxiety but thought I'd just force thru it because i had an open machine and really needed it done. It is 100% better then the enclosed machines, all the sides are open with 4 wide supporting arches, one in each corner of the machine. But you're still pretty sandwiched in by a very low top, so just ask your Dr pre test for pharmaceutical help if you need it. No one will judge you! The tech worked as quick as possible which also put me at ease. The receptionist was very nice, and the office was plesant. I would use them again should I need an MRI again in the future. FYI, there are "Open MRI" and "True Open MRI". True open are open on the sides, whereas open usually means it's just a wider, higher "tube". Make sure you ask for "true open" if you need it! If I could change 1 thing it would be I wish they had music for you to listen to during the test. In the past I had MRIs where they ask what your music style preference is and they put a station on thru the headphones. It helps distract your thoughts if you start to slip into fear mode."
"I have a back / leg issue of some kind. I could only get a MRI scheduled through this company. Timing was great! People were friendly and helpful but.... it's been three days and still my test has not been read or written up. I need to know what's wrong in my back,to figure out my next move. If they need more people to read and post the results, they need to do that. Hire ! These results should not take days, when people are in pain and suffering."
"Progressive radiology was recommended by my doctor, unfortunately I was unable to schedule the MRI because my last name is different on the health insurance card. This is not my fault and the attendant should resolve this without having to call me. Unfortunately I wasted the whole afternoon calling several places and trying to find something that I shouldn't have to do, I think that should be the secretary's job, when I asked what else I should do she said wait, I asked how long, she said have no idea. I would love to know how many more days I will have to wait to schedule an exam. I really want her to answer this. Poor customer service"
