"I'm very disappointed in the nurses. I told the new nurse that I prefer to be called by my first name and she did not use my name in our conversation. ,also, another nurse did not mention my name in the conversation. I think that is very disrespectful that the nurses did not even acknowledge my name. nurses at other doctor's offices call me by my first name and it makes me feel that I'm treated like a person. The experience that I had with nurses at this office was very upsetting to me. I do not want to come back because I was not treated well by the nurses."
