Labcorp 215 West Main Street, Bridgeport, WV 26330

"I hate this location. I have worked with and for labcorp for years. I hate having to go here. My co keeps sending me here. I was reading the reviews and had the same issues as other pep. 1st time i went I had my child w me and was told i could not come in w her. I said i wld tk her to the car and come bk and they refused to see me. No where does it state this ignorant rule that your child cannot be with u. Finding out after making the trip to come there is ridiculous. My child is 13 and no reason she couldn't wait in the car. Came back another day for my stuff. No prob bc I came alone and was there at a good time I guess. The next time I came bk they said I had to be there half an hr before lunch or half an hour before close. Why? Why r there hours if u have certain times someone needs to come there. As long as, pep come during business hours we should be seen. If I had my way I would never use this facility and I would have the rude people there fired. I do everything in my power to go elsewhere bc I hate how these pep make up rules as they go and are extremely rude to pep. The rule of coming half an hr before lunch and close was not the rule the other times I hve gone there. I was told this rule July 2024. If they don't want to work and don't like their jobs they should quit."

"Horrible service. You couldn’t pay me to come back to this location. Don’t come here. Super sketchy vibes, went thru the front door because signage is not obvious. Looks like someone hasn’t been there since xmas based on tree still up and mail all over the floor. Whole office was open for anyone to come cause problems. Realized quickly it wasn’t the right place. You’ll find the back door is the one. If you’re lucky you’ll go to the Fairmont location."

"Needed blood work done and my doctor sent me here on a Monday. Their sign says open 2p-4p on Monday, i was here at 3:30p and the place was locked up and someone was sitting in the parking lot in a blue Chevy truck watching me try to open the door. Not very professional to close 30 minutes early and then sit in the parking lot."

"When coming off Bridgeport Hill from Walmart you need the far right lane to turn right. The middle lane goes straight or left. The far left lane goes left only. Your system says to be in center lane and turn right. This is not possible because that lane only goes straight to Meadowbrook Road and left to Clarksburg."

"Had to drive almost 2 hours to get to Bridgeport, which was my nearest collection site. Made it there at 11:50 am, and the doors were already locked for their 12pm to 1pm lunch. Came back at 1:18pm, waited in line for 30 minutes, just to be told that I couldn't do my drug screen because my daughter was with me and that she couldn't wait right next to the bathroom door. The lady was incredibly rude. Even if that is the rule, the lady did not have to be so mean. My daughter was crying and hurt because she thought she did something wrong. Wasted my entire day because they went to lunch early and nothing on my paperwork said anything about children not being permitted. If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. Unfortunately, I will have to return because this horribly ran place is my only option."
