"I have been a patient of Dr. Ganzer for more than a few years at the Wheeling Office and have never had a bad experience. From the lady who checks you in thru the lady who checks you out, everyone has been friendly, helpful and professional and the exams and treatments have been professionally done. My last visit there was today at 1:00 pm. However, my wife had an appointment at the Steubenville Office last year and was very unhappy with the personnel and vowed never to go back to the Steubenville Office."

"I am a nurse, and I have scoped the competition. I’ve been offered results at other offices that far outweigh those at this office, but what drew me to this doctor is the fact that he doesn’t promise huge flowery outcomes... he asks for your input. Assesses what’s needed to to achieve it, then does the minimum required to achieve the desired effects. Then, “come back in 2 weeks, we’ll discuss your goals based on the response”. I’m almost 60, and not unhappy with my general appearance... I just want to be “a good 60”, not 22. Overall. I feel very comfortable that I can trust this office to work with me to achieve this end without worry that it will be “overdone”."

"I had Labs Done in July this is November every time I call them to send my results to my family doctor I get a brushed off using an excuse. How the hell long does it take Ganzer to go over my Lab results to make sure everything is in tact??? that's what I was told. My family doctor as requested 2 times now to send the report......nothing yet.. I will never go back to them nor would I recommend anyone to see this Dermatologist!!"

"I read the unfavorable reviews and just have to add my .02. I have no idea what they are talking about. I have been there 2 times and had wonderful experiences. Dr. Ganzer is no nonsense but professional and skillful. He has the most pleasant staff around and a very comfortable atmosphere. The price of services is very reasonable (and I have done the research!) and the results of my procedures are great.
