"Great staff that's talented and friendly."
"They skip you if your hair takes too long. I had checked in online, and had approx. 30 minute wait. I arrived at the salon, waited until it was my turn, when one of the stylists asked what I was having done- wash and a blow out - she mumbled something about 20 minutes and said she was going to skip me. I go to this particular salon every week and this is the first time someone has purposely said that they would skip me. I waited my turn, just like everyone else, just to be skipped."
