"I have been a patient there for the past couple of years. Today - I was in need for help. I broke my glasses and needed the prescription. They can only fax me my prescription (for glasses, not drugs) and cannot email it to me. I am pretty frustrated because they could have provide some relief to a frustrating situation but they did not. They added to it."

"The people who work there were very polite but I’m really not happy with the process right now. I’ve been coming here for years now and truly enjoy the place but not happy today! My glasses broke last week and I called and was told the new frame would be in the store 3 days from then, then it went to 3-5 then another few days. Ok then I get there and they sent a bigger frame because mine isn’t made anymore, just upset because I’ve been dealing with headaches because of it, and now have to wait again! I just wish someone either where they send the glasses from or the people working would have noticed that. Again they were polite but I’m just upset that the extra mile was taken and I am going to deal with headaches for another 3-4 days I guess."

Dr. Carr (sp) did not judge me or belittle me for not coming in sooner she just handled the exam efficiently and was very pleasant. The office is very neat and the glasses were arranged well and prices were marked and easy to read. This was a great experience. Now I just got to talk the wife into going."
