"My child was a patient with Interim for almost 8 years when they decided to pull the nurse to train with 3 new families and dropping my child's case because they can't fill it. If you can't staff a long standing case how can you staff three new ones? I worked for the company for 15 years and know that this is a habitual thing where they take more cases than they can staff. They often will leave their employees without cases when they are under employed and cases unfilled instead of just asking under employed staff to fill holes in patients schedule. I have often had patients go through the same things. When asked about their practices we got nothing but the run around and the blame game. No one takes any responsibility for their actions. Look for a different agency if your insurance will cover it, is my advice."
